Quiet, safe, and clean rooms in a fancy area.
The self-check-in process felt impersonal, and I didn't see any staff during my time there.

Got the same nicely furnished guest room with a large bathroom booked online, really enjoyed that. The location was perfect and convenient, at a short distance from a Roman Catholic church😀

Hotel was very well located, rooms were clean.
We got woken up in the middle of the night when the bottles were being recycled from the large bins into the trucks.

I had a wonderful three-night stay with a super comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch, and I appreciated having a safe and fridge in my room. However, I wish there had been a trash can in my room. only small ones were in the bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel were amazing. they were warm, friendly and did all they could to assist us in Rome. the location is simply perfect.
There was nothing we did not like. We purposely chose a small room as we did not plan to spend much time other than sleeping. there are larger rooms as well but all rooms are sufficient for a visit to rome where the action is all outside!

We enjoyed staying in the heart of the city, just a short walk from iconic Via Veneto and the major attractions like the Sistina Theater. The cleanliness of our room was excellent.
In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly amenities would enhance the experience.

We finally stayed at Maison Trevi, due to some technical problems. But the rooms there were excellent! they were modern decorated, well equipped and well heated. The location was perfect, everything was within a 2 min walking distance. Laura and Giorgio were very very kind and helpful. We will surely prefer to stay there at our next trip to Rome!
